Job Description:
We are currently looking to hire a dedicated Accounting Executive to join our finance department near DIP Metro Station. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can support daily accounting functions and maintain structured financial systems for management and hospitality review. You will be responsible for inventory tracking, sector-specific cost management, and ensuring the proper recording of financial transactions. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in F&B Accounting and a proactive approach to financial reporting. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily accounting functions and ensure all financial transactions meet management accuracy standards.
- Manage F&B sector-specific requirements, including inventory tracking and restaurant cost management in Dubai.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and operations teams to maintain organized records and financial transparency.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation for all transactions to ensure 100% data integrity and audit readiness.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to manage accounting tasks efficiently within a professional environment.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Previous professional experience working as an Accounting Executive or in a similar finance role.
- Strong background in management of financial documentation, bookkeeping, and record keeping.
- Professional background in education or training regarding F&B industry accounting (Inventory/Costing).
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and attention to detail in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
- Excellent organizational skills; proximity to DIP Metro Station in the United Arab Emirates is preferred.
