Job Description:

ZAPS Group is seeking a dedicated Accounts / Finance Executive to join its growing finance team in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this financial professional will oversee day-to-day general accounting operations, manage cash flow activities, prepare reconciliations and financial reports, ensure full compliance with UAE VAT regulations, and utilize Zoho Books alongside Microsoft Excel for accurate accounting documentation.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and reporting requirements.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with financial reporting.
• Prepare reports using Zoho Books and Microsoft Excel.
• Support the finance team with month-end and year-end activities.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance operations.
• Strong working knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reporting, and cash flow monitoring.
• Solid understanding of UAE VAT compliance laws and tax filings.
• Practical experience using Zoho Books accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, numerical, and communication capabilities.
