Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Leadership: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis for various departments and business units.
- Treasury & Cash Flow: Oversee cash flow planning, treasury functions, and optimize working capital to support operational liquidity.
- Operations Management: Supervise Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely vendor payments and proactive customer collections.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly/quarterly financial statements and management dashboards in accordance with IFRS.
- Tax & Compliance: Ensure full organizational compliance with UAE Corporate Tax regulations and VAT filing requirements.
- Project Finance: Monitor investment finances and project-related costs, conducting ROI analysis to support management decisions.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of finance experience, preferably within Logistics, Investment, or Fit-out sectors.
- Software Mastery: Essential proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of IFRS standards and UAE tax laws (VAT & Corporate Tax).
- Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation skills for handling invoicing discrepancies and payment follow-ups.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; professional certifications like CPA or CMA are highly advantageous.
