Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-focused Accounts Payable/General Cashier to join our Finance Department. This dual role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage supplier payments and revenue collections for management and fiscal performance review. You will be responsible for matching invoices, managing bank deposits, and maintaining petty cash controls. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Accounting Principles and Cash Handling Procedures and a proactive approach to month-end closing activities. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify supplier invoices to meet management and timely payment targets.
• Support fiscal integrity in Sharjah, ensuring 100% precision in reconciling supplier statements and daily cash collections.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and hotel departments (F&B, Front Office) to collect and verify daily revenue.
• Maintain organized AP records and cash floats to facilitate professional organizational reporting and audit compliance.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and accounting software to prepare daily cash reports and monitor bank deposits.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional field.
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable or Cashiering roles.
• Strong background in management of hospitality finance operations, cash handling procedures, and vendor reconciliations.
• Professional background in education or training regarding MS Excel, accounting software, and financial record-keeping.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess high attention to detail, and handle cash securely.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to support a high-standard hospitality group in Sharjah.
