Job Description:

The Accounts Receivable Executive will manage customer ledger entries, monitor outstanding invoices, perform account reconciliations, coordinate collection workflows, and support finance management to ensure healthy corporate cash flow.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer receivables accounts and monitor outstanding payment balances routinely.
• Follow up proactively with clients and commercial accounts to ensure timely collection of invoices.
• Prepare customer account reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies or billing issues promptly.
• Generate, analyze, and maintain accurate aging reports for outstanding receivables.
• Coordinate closely with sales, logistics, and admin teams regarding customer accounts and payment status.
• Maintain accurate financial ledgers, payment entries, and supporting accounting documentation.
• Assist the finance team with month-end financial reporting and collection performance tracking.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, bookkeeping, or credit control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and systematic follow-up capabilities.
• High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, collection routines, and account reconciliation.
