Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-driven, proactive Accounts Receivables Lead to govern commercial collections and lead customer capital reconciliations for our central corporate finance division in Dubai. Operating as the primary ledger strategist within our fiscal accounting team, this full-time role focuses on verifying enterprise billings, optimizing aged trial balances, and supervising enterprise resource planning data structures under our unified organizational management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivables pipelines, corporate credit allocations, and global customer ledger profiles systematically.
- Perform complex, accurate reconciliation of high-volume product invoices, multi-currency corporate payments, and short-payment deductions.
- Coordinate directly with institutional clients regarding intricate billing configurations, statement disputes, and payment query resolutions.
- Streamline monthly invoice processing operations to eliminate reporting gaps and scale overall departmental cash flow efficiency.
- Drive the timely collection of outstanding receivables, monitoring aging buckets to reduce the company’s Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Maintain immaculate, audit-ready financial records and execute journal postings within the centralized SAP ERP accounting ecosystem.
- Support executive leadership with specialized revenue tracking reports, bad debt evaluations, and quarterly cash flow forecasting analysis.
🔹 Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Professional Accounting, Economics, or a closely related quantitative fiscal discipline from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 5+ years of successful, verified professional experience specializing in corporate accounts receivables or enterprise cash management loops.
- Advanced, hands-on technical experience working with enterprise resource planning systems, with a mandatory requirement for practical SAP navigation.
- Exceptional reconciliation, analytical data processing, and problem-solving instincts to balance intricate corporate sub-ledgers.
- Superb customer service orientation paired with highly persuasive interpersonal communication skills to manage corporate collections smoothly.
- Proven capacity to manage multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously, align with strict accounting cycles, and meet tight monthly deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency navigating data spreadsheets, configuring pivot tables, and utilizing financial formulas within Microsoft Excel.
