Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage office workflows for management and finance review. You will be responsible for handling daily administrative duties, maintaining purchase records, and supporting financial audit preparations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Microsoft Excel and Professional Office Operations and a proactive approach to expense tracking and inter-departmental coordination. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily administrative duties, including filing and reporting, to meet management and efficiency targets.
- Support operational integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in purchase records, office logs, and email correspondence.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and finance manager to coordinate expense requests and financial audit documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of office activities to ensure seamless professional organizational reporting.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and Microsoft Excel to optimize data tracking and professional office organization.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field plus relevant Administrative or Office Management Credentials.
