About the Role:
We are hiring experienced Admin Assistants for immediate start to support busy teams across our Sharjah and Dubai offices. This role is ideal for reliable professionals who can manage everyday administrative tasks, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly to changing priorities within a dynamic office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
The Admin Assistant will manage everyday administrative tasks efficiently, handle communication (verbal and written), organize files and documentation, support day-to-day office operations across either the Sharjah or Dubai office, and maintain productivity while working under pressure and changing priorities.

- Utilize strong administrative abilities with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Handle general office correspondence and organizational duties.
- Maintain accurate records and support team operations.
- Demonstrate proven ability to manage tasks independently and work effectively under pressure.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in administration (experience in recruitment or other industries accepted).
- Estimated Diploma/Degree/Certificate qualification.
- Strong administrative abilities with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
