Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Office Coordination: Manage daily administrative operations and act as a central point of contact for routine office tasks.
- Document Control: Oversee systematic filing, documentation, and digital record-keeping to ensure data retrieval efficiency.
- Team Support: Provide dedicated administrative assistance to internal departments to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of accuracy in all reports, official correspondence, and company documents.
- Record Maintenance: Ensure that all physical and digital archives are organized according to company standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Language Skills: Full professional fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree holder or relevant professional diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Residency: Candidates must be currently residing in Dubai to be eligible for immediate consideration.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software.
- Attributes: Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to multitask in a professional environment.
