Job Description:
We are seeking a well-organized and responsible Admin Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage daily operational tasks for management and service delivery review. You will be responsible for coordinating inspection schedules between engineers and clients, ensuring smooth communication flow, and maintaining accurate operational records. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Administrative Coordination, Client Relations, and Quotation Management and a proactive approach to time-sensitive tasks. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inspection schedules to meet management and client efficiency standards.
- Support operational integrity in Dubai by managing workflow between engineers and clients with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal accounts teams to ensure professional organizational coordination of quotations and invoicing.
- Prepare accurate technical quotations and maintain proper records of all client communications and schedules.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and MS Excel to monitor task deadlines and ensure smooth departmental workflow.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous professional experience in administration or coordination roles (Inspection/Certification industry experience is an advantage).
- Strong background in management of schedules, client follow-ups, and documentation systems.
- Professional background in education regarding MS Office tools, business communication, and organizational coordination.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work effectively in Dubai.
- Preference will be given to candidates with their own UAE visa.
