Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and well-organized Admin Executive to join a professional team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage daily office operations for management and coordination review. You will be responsible for handling correspondence, supporting the team with scheduling and reporting, and maintaining organized documentation systems. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Microsoft Office Tools and Office Coordination Processes and a proactive approach to multitasking and professional communication flow. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations to meet management and office coordination targets.
  • Support operational integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in records, filing systems, and professional correspondence.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and external stakeholders to handle incoming calls, emails, and general administrative support.
  • Assist the team with detailed scheduling and reporting while ensuring a smooth communication flow within the office.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools, specifically Excel and Word, to optimize documentation and professional administrative reporting.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration plus a relevant professional Office Management or Admin Certificate.
  • Must hold a valid UAE spouse visa to facilitate this professional engagement.
  • Strong background in management of daily office tasks, multitasking, and organizational workflows.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding Microsoft Office proficiency, communication skills, and record-keeping.
