Job Description:
Class Act Events is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Officer (UAE National) to support its growing operations in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our daily activities, requiring an enthusiastic professional to assist with documentation, coordination, and general office management. You will work closely with internal departments to maintain accurate records and support event-related administrative tasks for management review. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily office operations and maintain accurate administrative documentation for organizational efficiency.
- Assist in the coordination of event-related activities and internal department requests.
- Manage general office tasks and ensure smooth communication workflows across the team.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding office protocols and staff coordination.
- Utilize Information Technology tools and office software to track administrative deadlines.
🔹 Requirements:
- Applicants must be UAE Nationals (Mandatory requirement).
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
