About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Administration Officer to manage and streamline daily office operations in Dubai. This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual capable of supporting multiple departments, including HR and Accounts, to ensure smooth administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the office and ensure smooth functioning of processes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and provide support to HR and Accounts as needed.
  • Manage office supplies, logistics, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle emails, calls, appointment scheduling, and internal communication efficiently.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and standard documents accurately; assist management with tasks and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of UAE-based administrative experience (mandatory).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
