Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our hotel’s operational framework, requiring a professional who can support daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth coordination across multiple departments. You will be responsible for documentation, scheduling, and general office tasks for management review. We are looking for an organized individual with mandatory hotel experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to daily hotel operations to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Manage and organize vital documentation, records, and departmental correspondence with high attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless management and communication.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding staff scheduling, reporting, and general office assistance.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and property management systems (WINHMS) to track operational tasks.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant academic discipline is required.
  • Previous professional experience in an administrative role is mandatory.
  • Prior work history within the hotel or hospitality industry is strictly required.
  • Strong background in management of office records, correspondence, and departmental scheduling.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding hospitality standards and office software.
  • Familiarity with WINHMS software and current residency in the UAE are considered strong advantages.
