Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can handle multiple administrative tasks for management and operational review. You will be responsible for preparing reports, monitoring tender submissions, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Document Control and a proactive approach to daily office operations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize detailed reports to meet management and operational reporting targets.
  • Monitor and follow up on tenders and submissions in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in documentation and deadline management.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department to track employee attendance records and performance data accurately.
  • Maintain and manage company files and documentation systems to ensure a structured and professional workplace.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and MS Office applications to optimize administrative workflows and office efficiency.

🔹 Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or higher plus a relevant professional Certificate (Arabic nationality is required).
  • Must be currently residing in the UAE with availability for immediate joining.
  • Strong background in management of administrative reports, company files, and documentation systems.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding MS Office proficiency and English/Arabic fluency.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, a proactive mindset, and the capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support smooth daily operations in Hamdan Street, Abu Dhabi.
