Job Description:
We are seeking a competent and organized Administrative Officer / Admin Assistant to join our professional team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can handle multiple administrative tasks and manage daily office functioning for management and departmental performance review. You will be responsible for maintaining office records, coordinating communications, and assisting with HR functions such as onboarding. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain office records and filing systems to meet management and documentation benchmarks.
- Support operational integrity in Abu Dhabi, managing day-to-day correspondence and incoming communications with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department to facilitate professional organizational coordination of onboarding and employee documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments efficiently while monitoring office supplies and procurement activities.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to prepare official reports and internal documentation.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in administrative roles (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong background in management of office operations, schedule coordination, and filing systems.
- Professional background in education regarding business communication, organizational skills, and multitasking.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess strong interpersonal abilities, and maintain professionalism in a Abu Dhabi corporate environment.
