Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the design studio and back-office.
- Office Management: Handle routine office tasks, including documentation, filing systems, and general coordination between departments.
- Team Support: Assist internal design and site teams with their operational requirements, procurement documentation, and scheduling.
- Workflow Efficiency: Maintain highly organized records and suggest improvements to support overall office workflow and efficiency.
- Professionalism: Carry out all assigned tasks in a timely manner, representing the company professionally during external interactions.
- Field Coordination: Utilize the mandatory UAE driving license for bank runs, vendor meetings, or document deliveries across Dubai.
🔹 Requirements:
- Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for this position.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, proactive time management, and the ability to work independently.
- Detail Orientation: A high degree of accuracy and a detail-oriented approach to handling sensitive documentation.
- Growth Mindset: A genuine willingness to learn and grow within the interior design and home solutions industry.
