Operations Executive – UAE | Secured Logistics Solution

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Coordination: Support day-to-day logistics activities, ensuring timely execution of shipments and deliveries.
• Customs & Documentation: Manage shipping processes and customs procedures, ensuring all documentation complies with UAE regulatory standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory handling and stock movements to prevent delays and optimize warehouse efficiency.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain smooth communication channels between internal teams, freight forwarders, and external partners.
• Data Management: Utilize MS Office and specialized logistics software to track shipments, update status reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Process Improvement: Assist in identifying bottlenecks in the supply chain and suggesting proactive operational improvements.

🔹 Requirements:

• Market Knowledge: 1–2 years of proven UAE experience in logistics or supply chain operations is required.
• Technical Understanding: Solid working knowledge of shipping processes, customs procedures, and inventory handling.
• Skills: Strong organizational and coordination skills with a high level of detail orientation.
• IT Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with logistics/ERP software.
• Language: Fluency in English is mandatory for professional correspondence.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• Status: Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
