Job Description:
The Admission Officer / Senior Admission Officer will drive student enrollment initiatives, guide prospective applicants through program selection, and support overall admissions operations. Based at our Dubai Corporate Office, this student-focused professional will handle program inquiries, conduct counseling sessions, maintain applicant records in CRM systems, and achieve organizational enrollment targets while delivering excellent academic customer service.

- Guide prospective students through the admissions and enrollment process.
- Respond to student inquiries and provide accurate information about academic programs.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and applicants.
- Achieve admissions and enrollment targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Follow up with prospective students to support successful enrollments.
- Maintain accurate student records and admissions documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall admissions experience.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in student admissions, higher education recruitment, university enrollments, or EdTech sales.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and enrollment targets within an academic environment.
- Strong proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and admissions tracking databases.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and business communication skills.
- Results-driven mindset combined with strong customer service orientation.
- Candidates currently residing in Dubai are strongly preferred.
