The Agricultural Engineer will supervise on-site horticultural operations, inspect irrigation network layouts, oversee plant health and soil prep, and coordinate with site teams under technical engineering direction in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily softscaping, planting, soil conditioning, and irrigation installation activities across active project sites.
- Monitor plant health, soil nutrition, fertilizer schedules, and overall botanical quality control.
- Coordinate regularly with project consultants, main contractors, plant nurseries, and external material suppliers.
- Review landscape, softscape, and automated irrigation engineering drawings to ensure full site compliance.
- Prepare material requisitions, site progress reports, quantity take-offs, and daily operational logs.
- Maintain strict compliance with project specifications, environmental guidelines, and safety standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Horticulture, or a closely related field.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience within the UAE in landscaping, horticulture, or irrigation execution.
- In-depth technical knowledge of regional plants, soil chemistry, fertilizers, and modern irrigation infrastructure.
- Strong site management, technical drawing review, and project coordination capabilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
