🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the comprehensive planning, governance framework, and successful delivery of enterprise-scale IT transformation programs.
- Oversee large-scale ERP implementations, CRM rollouts, and ITSM solution delivery across business units.
- Align technical delivery with business objectives, coordinating closely with executive leadership, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Monitor program roadmaps, budget tracking, risk mitigation strategies, and critical project deliverables.
- Establish and maintain robust governance structures to ensure project transparency, quality compliance, and milestone adherence.
- Drive effective change management practices to facilitate seamless adoption of new technologies across the organization.
🔹 Requirements:
- Proven track record as an IT Program Manager directing complex, large-scale technology initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in ERP system rollouts and enterprise ITSM or CRM solution deployments.
- Exceptional program governance, strategic planning, resource alignment, and executive stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex digital transformation challenges.
- European and Arabic nationals currently residing in the UAE are preferred; immediate availability or a short notice period is highly advantageous.
