Job Description:
We are expanding our digital team and seeking a highly skilled Application Development Specialist to join us in Abu Dhabi. This role is a cornerstone of our digital transformation strategy, focusing on the design and maintenance of scalable business applications that drive our corporate workflows. You will be responsible for ensuring that our digital ecosystem is seamless, high-performing, and reliable. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented developer with a passion for building robust enterprise solutions and the ability to translate complex business needs into efficient software. We are looking for a proactive professional who is ready to contribute to the reliability and scalability of our entire enterprise platform.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable enterprise business applications to enhance overall operational workflows.
- Support complex system integrations and platform enhancements to maintain a smooth and efficient digital ecosystem.
- Ensure maximum application reliability and high performance through rigorous testing and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Collaborate with the Management team to align software development goals with strategic business objectives.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department to integrate and maintain internal HRMS and employee portal functionalities.
- Provide technical guidance to Engineering teams regarding the integration of software solutions with physical infrastructure or site-based systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot system bottlenecks, ensuring a high standard of security and data integrity across all applications.
- Stay updated with modern application development stacks to continuously improve the group’s digital infrastructure.
🔹 Requirements:
- Mandatory: Applicants must currently be based in the United Arab Emirates.
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in software development and application lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with modern application development stacks, frameworks, and database management.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; bilingual proficiency in Arabic & English is considered a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex technical projects within a structured corporate environment.
- Experience with enterprise-scale system integrations and API development.
