Job Description:
We are currently hiring qualified and passionate educators for the upcoming academic year 2025–2026. These roles are fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring professionals who can deliver high-quality instruction for management and academic review. You will be responsible for lesson planning, student assessment, and maintaining academic standards within a British curriculum environment. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in Educational Pedagogy and a proactive approach to student support and school performance. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality instruction in accordance with British curriculum standards to meet management and academic targets.
- Plan and conduct engaging lessons in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in student assessments, performance feedback, and curriculum tracking.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and departmental leads to support student academic and personal development.
- For HOD Islamic: Lead departmental planning, curriculum development, and staff supervision to ensure academic excellence.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and learning management systems to optimize lesson delivery and maintain a positive learning environment.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant subject specialization plus a mandatory Home Country Police Clearance.
- Minimum 2 years of professional teaching experience (3 years for HOD Islamic) within a British Curriculum school.
- Strong background in management of classroom discipline, departmental planning, and staff supervision.
- Professional background in education or training regarding KHDA/MOE approval requirements and fluency in English.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, commitment to academic success, and eligibility for UAE labour approvals.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support an international education system in Dubai.
