Job Description:

The Area Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations, drive store profitability, mentor branch managers, ensure strict food safety compliance, and collaborate with executive management to maintain brand operational standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily multi-unit restaurant operations, branch performance, and service execution across assigned outlets.
• Ensure strict adherence to company brand guidelines, operational standards, HACCP, and UAE food safety regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate store managers, restaurant supervisors, and branch operational teams.
• Monitor branch financial performance, P&L targets, cost of goods sold (COGS), labor costs, and store profitability.
• Formulate and execute tactical plans to elevate customer satisfaction, speed of service, and sales growth.
• Conduct regular branch inspections, operational quality audits, and store performance evaluations.
• Coordinate manpower planning, recruitment support, and staff training programs across all assigned outlets.
• Analyze key operational metrics and prepare performance reports for senior executive review.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven multi-unit management experience within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector in the GCC.
• Valid UAE driving license is strictly mandatory for multi-site visit requirements.
• In-depth expertise in QSR branch operations, financial cost controls, P&L management, and food safety standards.
• Strong leadership, team management, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to operational excellence.
