Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assessment Coordinator to join our academic team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage examination systems for management and data-driven academic review. You will be responsible for planning internal and external examinations, overseeing assessment moderation, and ensuring full compliance with KHDA and MOE standards. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Student Performance Data Analysis and Quality Assurance Measures and a proactive approach to supporting teaching staff and grading practices. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage all internal and external examinations to meet management and KHDA/MOE inspection standards.
• Support academic integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in examination records, assessment design, and student performance reports.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and teaching staff to coordinate effective assessment methods and grading practices.
• Analyze student performance data to prepare detailed academic reports and support data-informed decision-making processes.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and school ERP systems (such as Orison) to optimize assessment tracking and professional organizational reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required; a Master’s Degree plus relevant Academic Leadership or Data Analysis Credentials is preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience specifically in a similar academic or assessment role within UAE schools.
• Strong background in management of CBSE curriculum frameworks, examination schedules, and moderation processes.
• Professional background in education or training regarding KHDA/MOE guidelines, Microsoft Excel data tools, and school ERP software.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong analytical thinking, and the capability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard academic institution in Dubai.
