Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our financial framework, requiring a professional who can manage accounts receivable, verify liabilities, and maintain accurate billing records. You will be responsible for updating financial data in TALLY ERP9, assisting in budget preparation, and analyzing financial statements for management review. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in UAE VAT regulations who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and payable functions to support sales cycles and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Update and maintain accurate financial records using TALLY ERP9 or similar Information Technology systems.
- Support the preparation of quarterly budgets and assist in the analysis of balance sheets and financial statements.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding payroll data collection and accurate accounting entries.
- Ensure strict compliance with UAE VAT regulations and filing procedures for all manufacturing transactions.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience within an accounting role.
- Proficiency in TALLY ERP9 and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong background in management of financial data and organizational bookkeeping.
- Professional background in education or training regarding IFRS and UAE taxation standards.
- Ability to coordinate with engineering and production teams for accurate cost tracking and inventory analysis.
