Assistant Facilities Manager – Arabic Speaking

Job Description:
The Assistant Facilities Manager will lead site maintenance operations, manage MEP technical teams, and ensure high-standard service delivery across properties in Ajman. Stationed on site, this bilingual FM professional will oversee planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs, manage vendor and subcontractor contracts, utilize CAFM systems, monitor SLA/KPI compliance, and foster strong client relationships.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day delivery of facilities management services across assigned sites.
- Supervise technical teams and coordinate the work of subcontractors.
- Monitor preventive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and address operational requirements effectively.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements, key performance indicators, and company standards.
- Prepare operational reports and assist in improving maintenance performance and service quality.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management.
- Minimum 5 years of proven facilities management experience within the United Arab Emirates.
- Bilingual fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Strong operational experience managing MEP services, technical teams, and external subcontractors.
- In-depth expertise in Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, CAFM systems, and SLA/KPI management.
- Possess a valid UAE driving license.
- Available for immediate joining in the UAE.
