Job Description:

We are executing a strategic leadership appointment within our guest services division and are seeking an experienced, service-oriented Assistant Front Office Manager (AFM) to govern reception workflows and direct hospitality operations pathways in Dubai. Built for visionary hospitality supervisors who excel at managing large frontline teams and building exceptional customer relations, this full-time role focuses on accelerating guest registration processing speeds, auditing accommodation logs, and maximizing team delivery standards under our integrated corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily front office operations, night audit oversight, and guest reception services with high fidelity.
  • Support the Front Office Manager in optimizing room inventory distributions and driving operational team efficiency.
  • Ensure international arriving guests receive an elite, welcoming, and deeply memorable brand experience.
  • Supervise shift leaders and reception staff, delivering direct guidance on luxury hospitality service standards.
  • Handle complex guest inquiries, feedback logs, and customer complaint escalations promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate room allocations, VIP arrivals, departure schedules, and specialized guest amenity requests systematically.
  • Monitor front-of-house procedures regularly to ensure total compliance with corporate property management policies.
  • Assist with employee scheduling, internal service training programs, and routine staff performance monitoring.
  • Prepare structured operational reports, occupancy forecasts, and maintain accurate database guest records.
  • Support hospitality pre-opening phases, process mapping, and operational readiness initiatives when required.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a closely matching accredited discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful, verified professional experience operating within core departments of the hotel or hospitality industry, including proven supervisory or frontline leadership roles.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying room scheduling models, occupancy grids, and performance logs inside modern property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Deep, comprehensive knowledge of front office operations, guest relations management, and luxury hospitality experience models.
  • Proven capacity in team leadership, training curriculum delivery, performance tracking, and shift scheduling routines.
  • Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills paired with exceptional problem-solving habits and a sharp focus on customer experience practices.
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced luxury resort environment independently while protecting strict delivery deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior practical exposure navigating pre-opening hotel milestones, process implementation, and staff onboarding will be treated as an elite operational asset.
