- Assist in governing daily corporate HR functions and managing routine administrative operational pipelines across our engineering business offices.
- Maintain highly structured, securely indexed electronic and physical personnel records, ensuring all employee files and visa papers are updated accurately.
- Support general recruitment activities, filtering applicant intakes, mapping talent lines, and facilitating smooth corporate onboarding tracking intervals.
- Prepare high-precision business reporting sheets, official letters, visa application drafts, and standard corporate correspondence with absolute typographic accuracy.
- Schedule multi-stage interviews, communicate timeline expectations to prospective applicants, and manage executive interview panels.
- Assist with organizational employee engagement activities, internal training setups, and general HR-focused staff events.
- Ensure all data sheets, administrative folders, and human capital logs comply strictly with company file preservation guidelines.

- Academic Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent fully accredited operational qualification is preferred; fresh graduates showing strong commercial passion are welcome.
- Location Status: Candidates must be currently present inside the United Arab Emirates to enable immediate deployment and screening tracks.
