SSI Hire is supporting a global FMCG brand in recruiting top digital talent to lead online marketplace expansion and direct-to-consumer sales growth across international markets from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Job Description:

The Assistant Manager – E-Commerce will manage cross-border e-commerce expansion, oversee Amazon Vendor and Seller accounts, execute performance marketing initiatives, and drive revenue growth in coordination with senior sales management in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive international e-commerce sales, margin targets, and overall profitability across the US, UK, India, and MENA regions.
• Oversee end-to-end storefront operations on Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central platforms.
• Optimize online product listings, digital content, A+ brand storefronts, and catalog visibility.
• Manage performance advertising budgets, optimize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and execute PPC digital strategies.
• Partner with key e-retail partners on Joint Business Plans (JBP) to maximize brand presence.
• Track analytics, customer engagement metrics, conversion rates, and P&L performance across key product categories.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Marketing is strongly preferred.
• 4 to 5 years of proven experience managing e-commerce growth, marketplace operations, or direct-to-consumer channels.
• Solid expertise with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central (experience with the US Amazon market is a plus).
• Demonstrated experience in Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG, or D2C product sectors.
• Strong analytical abilities with a clear understanding of digital performance marketing, ROAS, and commercial P&L.
