Job Description:
Zahra Tours & Travels is seeking passionate travel professionals to join its team in Dubai as Assistant Manager – Holidays and Senior Holidays Consultant. Based in Dubai, selected candidates will design and sell tailored holiday packages to B2C and B2B clients, provide expert travel recommendations, manage booking itineraries, foster strong client relationships, and work closely with internal operations teams to ensure seamless travel experiences.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell holiday packages to individual and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure exceptional service.
- Provide expert travel advice and recommend suitable holiday destinations and packages.
- Coordinate bookings, travel itineraries, and customer requests efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless travel experiences.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in holiday product sales, destination consulting, or travel agency operations.
- Strong knowledge of worldwide holiday destinations, tour package creation, and travel booking procedures.
- Proven track record in sales techniques, client relationship management, and customer experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal capabilities.
- Passion for the travel and tourism industry with a client-first approach.
