Habtoor Motors is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Parts Sales to become part of its growing automotive team in the UAE, specializing in automotive parts sales and dealer network management for Japanese vehicle brands.

Job Description:

The Assistant Manager – Parts Sales will drive parts sales performance, expand dealer relationships, achieve business growth targets, and lead a sales team while ensuring operational excellence.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive parts sales performance and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Lead, coach, and support the parts sales team to enhance performance.
• Monitor sales activities and implement strategies to improve business growth.
• Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office tools for reporting, planning, and daily operations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive parts sales or dealer management.
• Hands-on experience with Japanese passenger car and commercial vehicle brands.
• Proven ability to achieve sales, profitability, and growth objectives.
• Strong dealer relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Experience in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts sales and distribution, dealer network management, and SAP ERP applications.
