🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily restaurant operations fluidly, supervising front-of-house activities to guarantee a seamless, high-end service flow during peak volumes.
- Supervise, guide, and mentor restaurant floor staff systematically to maintain absolute alignment with luxury brand hospitality standards.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences, proactively engaging with premium diners and handling customer feedback professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Assist in managing operational food and beverage inventory, staff scheduling tracks, and rigorous shift resource planning.
