Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Storekeeper to join our warehouse operations team in Sharjah. This role is fundamental to our supply chain framework, requiring a professional who can manage Sales Return (GRV) transactions and ensure accurate invoicing of near-expiry and damaged stock. You will be responsible for overseeing stock movement, maintaining strict adherence to SOPs, and coordinating with multiple internal departments for management review. We are looking for an analytical thinker with a strong background in FMCG logistics who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Sales Return (GRV) transactions accurately to support sales reconciliation and inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor stock movement and ensure prompt transfer of saleable goods to designated storage areas.
  • Oversee the correct segregation, storage, and disposal of damaged or expired items in compliance with UAE HSE guidelines.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding team productivity tracking and warehouse safety training.
  • Utilize Information Technology and SAP systems to maintain accurate real-time inventory records.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant warehouse experience in the UAE, specifically within the FMCG sector.
  • High proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel (Analytical reporting).
  • Strong background in management of Material Handling Equipment (MHEs) and warehouse SOPs.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding supply chain ethics and safety standards.
  • Ability to coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams for warehouse equipment upkeep and operational efficiency.
