Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our professional academic team. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver pedagogical precision for management and student performance review. You will be responsible for assisting lead teachers in lesson delivery, preparing teaching materials, and maintaining a structured learning environment. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Classroom Management, Lesson Support, and Student Advocacy and a proactive approach to early childhood and primary education. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Support lead teachers in daily lesson delivery to meet management and academic benchmarks.
- Support pedagogical integrity in Dubai and Sharjah, preparing teaching materials and organizing resources with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and school leadership to facilitate professional organizational coordination of student development initiatives.
- Provide individual attention to students while maintaining classroom discipline and promoting positive behavior.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to enhance the learning environment and track student progress.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with mandatory MOFA attestation.
- Must be currently residing in Dubai or Sharjah.
- Previous experience with CBSE and/or British curriculum is highly preferred.
- Strong background in management of classroom activities and student interactions.
- Professional background in education regarding lesson preparation, classroom resources, and student discipline.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, communicate effectively, and thrive in a collaborative UAE school environment.
