Job Description:

An opening is available for a motivated and detail-driven Associate Service Desk Analyst to join a high-performance team in Abu Dhabi. This role delivers first-line technical triage, infrastructure monitoring, and user resolution pipelines to maintain continuous performance inside a 24×7 enterprise Information Technology support ecosystem.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level IT support and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems.
  • Respond to user queries and service desk tickets in a timely manner.
  • Support 24×7 shift operations as required by the business units.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher tier-2 and tier-3 support teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure incidents and technical resolutions.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and user satisfaction metrics.

🔹 Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in structured Service Desk or IT support networks.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting, diagnostic, and platform problem-solving skills.
  • Complete willingness to adapt to a rotational 24×7 shift infrastructure setup.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and professional user engagement abilities.
  • Deep knowledge of incident management ticketing systems and enterprise workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree or professional technical diploma from an approved higher education institution.
