Job Description:
SLS Production is seeking an organized Audio Store In-Charge to manage its audio equipment warehouse operations in Dubai. Based in Dubai, this store management professional will oversee daily equipment dispatch and returns, maintain precise stock inventories, inspect mixing consoles, microphones, speakers, and amplifiers, coordinate maintenance procedures, and support event technical teams with timely equipment dispatch.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the audio warehouse/store.
- Receive, inspect, issue, and return professional audio equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
- Ensure audio equipment is properly stored, labeled, and organized.
- Prepare equipment for events and project requirements.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock audits.
- Report damaged, missing, or faulty equipment and coordinate repair processes.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the audio store.
- Coordinate with project managers, warehouse staff, and technical teams to ensure timely equipment availability.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma, Certificate, or equivalent practical experience in audio equipment management or storekeeping.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in managing audio equipment warehouses, event stores, or technical production inventories.
- Practical knowledge of professional audio gear, including speakers, mixing consoles, microphones, amplifiers, and signal processors.
- Proficiency in inventory management software applications and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to meet tight event timelines.
- Prior UAE experience and a valid UAE driving license are considered strong advantages.
