Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Executives to join our teams in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can achieve and exceed sales targets for management and market share performance review. You will be responsible for managing both fleet and retail sales, building long-term client relationships, and navigating the competitive UAE automotive market. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Automotive Market Dynamics and Negotiation Strategies and a proactive approach to business growth. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and close fleet and retail sales opportunities to meet management and annual revenue targets.
  • Support commercial integrity in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% precision in contract negotiations and sales documentation.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and showroom leadership to facilitate professional organizational reporting and team performance.
  • Build and maintain a strong client database to enhance customer retention and brand loyalty.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and CRM systems to track leads and optimize the sales journey.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, or a related professional field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience specifically in automotive sales within the UAE market.
  • Strong background in management of both fleet and retail accounts with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding negotiation skills, automotive technology, and UAE market trends.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess a UAE Driving License (preferred), and communicate fluently in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to support a high-standard automotive group in the UAE.
