Job Description:

The Billing Engineer will prepare interim and final payment applications, verify BOQ quantity measurements, manage client and subcontractor billing, process variation orders and claims, track payment certificates, and prepare commercial reports in Abu Dhabi.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and submit interim and final payment applications.
• Verify quantity measurements, BOQs, valuations, and project billing documentation.
• Manage client and subcontractor billing while ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Prepare variation orders, claims, and supporting documentation for additional works.
• Coordinate with project teams, quantity surveyors, consultants, and clients regarding measurements, payments, and certifications.
• Track invoices, payment certificates, outstanding balances, and maintain detailed billing records.
• Prepare commercial and billing reports for management while ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Billing Engineer within the construction industry in the UAE.
• Strong expertise in quantity surveying, project measurements, Interim Payment Certificates (IPC), Final Accounts, Variations, and Claims.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, specifications, and payment procedures.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, construction documentation, and commercial reporting abilities.
