Job Description:

We are executing a strategic operational appointment within our core storefront division and are seeking an experienced, motivated Branch Supervisor to govern active retail data pipelines and direct daily customer service pathways in Dubai. Built for dynamic team leaders who possess deep operational command of FMCG floor mechanics and excel at constructing high-efficiency floor coordination structures, this full-time role focuses on accelerating checkout processing speeds, auditing on-shelf availability databases, and maximizing overall storefront layout productivity under our integrated corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily branch operations and monitor checkout flows, shelf replenishment speeds, and customer service desk touchpoints to maintain smooth floor activities.
  • Lead, motivate, and support multi-ethnic floor teams and cashier crews to fulfill operational productivity milestones and service speed benchmarks.
  • Monitor employee performance, checking attendance metrics, floor service behaviors, and processing efficiency to preserve a productive work environment.
  • Ensure uncompromised excellence across all front-of-house interactions to optimize general customer satisfaction rates and resolve service delays.
  • Assist floor leadership in executing established company procedures, category merchandising guidelines, and corporate waste reduction protocols.
  • Coordinate complex multi-shift staff schedules, track weekend rotations, and support general retail workforce planning activities.
  • Address daily operational challenges, checkout system issues, and shipment discrepancies by delivering immediate, systematic solutions.
  • Maintain top-tier branch organization, visual merchandising aesthetics, and absolute compliance with strict municipal hygiene and workplace safety protocols.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Professional Retail Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or a closely matching fully accredited corporate discipline is preferred.
  • Prior practical experience operating inside a high-volume retail center, hypermarket chain, specialized grocery outfit, or branch operations ecosystem is highly preferred.
  • Language Requirements: Complete written and spoken fluency in both Arabic and English is strictly mandatory to interface smoothly with diverse client networks and local authorities.
  • Advanced data literacy with extensive practical proficiency deploying point-of-sale (POS) tracking interfaces, digital inventory logging sheets, and employee scheduling matrices.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following functional domains:
    • Retail operations management, store floor layout configurations, and shrinkage mitigation.
    • Front-line staff supervision, shift team motivation, and point-of-sale customer service metrics.
    • Inventory coordination practices, on-shelf stock tracking, and supplier intake checks.
    • Workplace communication architectures, floor conflict resolution, and administrative reporting methods.
  • Outstanding floor multi-tasking capabilities, sharp commercial awareness, rapid problem-solving habits, and an ability to thrive within a fast-paced, customer-focused trading setting.
