Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Portfolio Management: Lead the development and execution of long-term brand strategies for the beauty and cosmetics category to increase market share and ROI.
- New Product Development (NPD): Orchestrate end-to-end product launches, from concept and localization to supply chain coordination and retail execution.
- Consumer Insight Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior data to identify untapped opportunities within the UAE beauty market.
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand positioning across digital, social media, and traditional trade channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure product availability, pricing strategy alignment, and budget optimization.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and optimize brand KPIs, including brand health scores, sell-through rates, and category profitability.
🔹 Requirements:
- Sector Expertise: 5–6 years of solid brand management experience specifically within the Beauty Care or Cosmetics segment of the FMCG industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related professional field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets (Nielsen, retail audits) and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UAE retail landscape, including key pharmacy chains, hypermarkets, and e-commerce platforms.
- Attributes: Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a high-pressure, multinational corporate environment.
