🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outbound prospecting activities, engaging prospective retail clients through targeted cold calls and digital communication channels fluidly.
- Generate, profile, and nurture high-quality leads systematically while building an exceptionally strong, consistent sales conversion pipeline.
- Arrange and lead structured face-to-face client meetings, portfolio consultation sessions, and professional investment educational presentations.
- Develop robust, long-term commercial relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive long-term engagement and account value.
- Maintain highly accurate records of sales activities, pipeline opportunities, and customer interactions within the central corporate CRM system.

- Follow up with qualified prospects consistently, tenaciously, and professionally throughout complex financial consultative sales cycles.

- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of verified, hands-on experience in sales, high-volume telecalling, or business development inside the UAE is required.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal presentation, and persuasive commercial telephone negotiation capabilities.
- High confidence handling both telephonic wealth discussions and professional in-person corporate investor interactions.
- Strong structural organization skills with a demonstrated ability to manage massive lead sheets and execute complex follow-up loops.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of performing reliably under strict performance and timeline pressures.
- Prior professional exposure or foundational experience inside Brokerage houses, Banking networks, Insurance sectors, Financial Services, or FinTech brands is highly advantageous.
