Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Business Development Executives to support the growth of our IT solutions portfolio. This role is fundamental to our commercial framework, requiring a professional who can promote Document Management and Digitization Solutions to corporate clients for management review. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in Information Technology sales and B2B relationship management. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for IT and document management solutions in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Riyadh.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers for management oversight.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding professional sales training, performance metrics, and regional team coordination.
  • Conduct high-level presentations and product demonstrations for potential corporate customers.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools to manage the full sales cycle and track lead generation progress.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT, software, or corporate B2B sales.
  • Strong background in management of the sales cycle, negotiation, and strategic networking.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding document management systems and digitization technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with a results-driven approach to achieving monthly targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driving license and personal vehicle may be required for regional travel.
