Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, target-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead corporate client acquisitions and expand our specialized staffing solutions portfolio in Dubai. Operating as an essential growth strategist within our commercial division, this full-time role focuses on securing high-value master service agreements (MSAs), pitching talent outsourcing frameworks, and managing complex corporate accounts under our integrated business management architecture.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new B2B business opportunities across diverse market verticals within the UAE recruitment and human capital sectors.
  • Build, scale, and maintain long-term consultative relationships with corporate HR directors, procurement heads, and C-level executive clients.
  • Promote our complete suite of executive search, permanent staffing, and temporary manpower solutions to prospective corporate entities.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned monthly sales targets, revenue development benchmarks, and pipeline commercial conversion goals.
  • Lead comprehensive client meetings, present tailored corporate pitch decks, and manage contract and rate structure negotiations seamlessly.
  • Coordinate directly with internal executive recruitment teams and delivery leads to ensure prompt fulfillment of newly acquired client vacancies.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a closely related commercial discipline.
  • Proven, successful professional experience operating within B2B sales or corporate business development tracks inside the United Arab Emirates.
  • Prior professional background or strong operational exposure within the third-party recruitment agency, executive search, or contract staffing sectors is highly preferred.
  • Deep structural understanding of corporate client acquisition methods, recruitment sales processes, and commercial tendering structures.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills paired with persuasive presentation, networking, and executive negotiation instincts.
  • Highly target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated mindset capable of performing accurately under pressure inside a competitive agency ecosystem.
  • Strong localized knowledge of the Dubai commercial landscape, corporate structures, and evolving industry talent demands is a competitive advantage.
