Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Lead to join our professional growth operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver market precision for management and client acquisition performance review. You will be responsible for pioneering B2B sales pipelines across hospitality and corporate domains, conducting client negotiations, managing corporate lead conversions, and achieving assigned growth targets. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in B2B Account Sourcing, Strategic Pitching, and Circular Economy Value Propositioning and a proactive approach to commercial expansion. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capture new high-value business accounts across hospitality, corporate offices, and educational networks to meet management and commercial targets.
  • Support ecological integrity in Dubai, engineering comprehensive corporate waste mitigation partnerships with 100% precision.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department, internal recycling operations groups, and client-side decision-makers to facilitate professional organizational coordination of client onboarding.
  • Represent the enterprise at green technology forums, networking summits, and key stakeholder meetings to elevate market footprint.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and CRM systems to evaluate pipeline performance, monitor account metrics, and submit detailed reports to leadership.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business, Marketing, Sales, Sustainability, or a related sector preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven professional experience in business development or target-driven sales roles.
  • Prior experience working within sustainability, hospitality, corporate catering, or the food & beverage sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in management of client relationships, independent lead generation pipelines, and contract adjustments.
  • Professional background in education regarding sustainability initiatives, circular economy models, and commercial B2B hunting methodologies; having an active professional network in the UAE is preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, manage multiple key accounts simultaneously under tight schedules, and thrive in a fast-paced Dubai commercial landscape.
