Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and authoritative Finance Head to join our professional regional executive team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a senior professional who can deliver fiscal precision for management and multinational entity performance review. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end finance functions across the Middle East, steering corporate tax and VAT filing protocols, managing regional risk controls, and driving data-backed commercial insights. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in IFRS Compliance architectures, Capital Structure Management, and Multi-Entity Treasury Controls and a proactive approach to commercial decision-making. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive regional finance operations and corporate bookkeeping workflows to meet management and global commercial benchmarks.
- Support fiscal integrity in Dubai, managing IFRS compliance structures, corporate tax accounts, and regional VAT filings with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, executive board directors, and independent audit panels to facilitate professional organizational coordination of multi-entity reporting tracks.
- Formulate rigorous budgeting, rolling forecasting models, and cash flow risk management protocols across Middle East business units.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and automated consolidation platforms to design advanced corporate dashboards and provide actionable commercial insights to senior stakeholders.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; professional board certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are highly preferred.
- 7 to 10 years of progressive, senior-level finance and accounting management experience.
- Strong background in management of multi-department budgets, regulatory auditing, and regional corporate taxation frameworks.
- Professional background in education regarding IFRS regulatory rules, financial risk management, and statutory reporting principles; prior experience inside a manufacturing or project-driven environment is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership traits, critical problem-solving skills, and authoritative interpersonal qualities.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, direct complex multi-currency financial frameworks, and thrive in a high-growth Dubai multinational corporate arena.
