Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition efforts and expand our market presence in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our growth framework, requiring a professional who can effectively generate leads and secure high-value logistics service deals. You will be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline, negotiating competitive rates, and preparing technical quotations for management review. We are looking for a proactive leader with a strong background in the UAE shipping market who thrives in a dynamic B2B environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive sales and market expansion.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
  • Manage and grow key client accounts by negotiating competitive shipping rates and securing long-term service contracts.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding team development and professional sales training.
  • Utilize Information Technology tools and CRM systems to monitor the sales pipeline and prepare performance reports.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business development or B2B sales within the logistics industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UAE logistics, shipping, and freight forwarding market dynamics.
  • Strong background in management of complex negotiations and client relationship building.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding international trade and engineering logistics is an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to close high-value logistics deals.
