Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Field Relationship Building: Visit hotels and hospitality partners to establish face-to-face connections and gather market insights.
- Pipeline Management: Dedicate focused time to prospecting, outreach, and closing new restaurant partnerships.
- Revenue Ownership: Take full ownership of sales targets with performance goals and commission incentives.
- Solution Positioning: Work closely with partners to understand operational needs and position hospitality solutions effectively.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor trends in the Abu Dhabi F&B and hospitality sectors to identify growth opportunities.
🔹 Requirements:
- Proven sales experience is mandatory.
- Valid UAE driving license is required for field-based visits across Abu Dhabi.
- Strong background or exposure to hospitality, F&B, or operations is a significant advantage.
- Ambitious, proactive, and comfortable working independently to close deals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-oriented mindset.
