Job Description:
The Café Manager will oversee daily operational execution, lead floor service, direct specialty coffee and kitchen service teams, manage inventory and labor costs, enforce hygiene and food safety standards, and optimize sales performance for a premium café concept in Al Ain.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate the café team to achieve operational goals.
- Maintain high standards of guest experience, food quality, and service excellence.
- Manage specialty coffee operations and all-day dining service requirements.
- Monitor sales performance, cost control, inventory, and operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food service standards.
- Develop team capabilities and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor and support daily service activities.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience as a Café Manager within the UAE F&B sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in premium café, specialty coffee, or all-day dining concepts.
- Strong operational knowledge of inventory management, cost control, floor supervision, and hygiene standards.
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent customer relation skills.
