Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our professional team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can facilitate seamless communication for management and service performance review. You will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries, providing accurate pricing information, and coordinating service requests with field technicians. - Serve as the primary point of contact to meet management and customer satisfaction benchmarks.

- Liaise with the Human Resources department and service teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of onsite automotive help.
- Address customer concerns professionally, demonstrating empathy and efficient problem-solving skills.
